RTT is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors. These individuals are responsible for fiscal and general oversight of the organization. Our Board is composed of members who have a wide range of expertise including legal, financial, planning, business, health care and equine professions.

Our staff carries out the day to day responsibilities of the organization and includes a full-time Executive Director, Program Director, Development Director, Volunteer Coordinator, Office Manager, Equine Manager, Barn Manager and our Instructors.
