John Beichman is our new Executive Director. John came to RTT from the business world, wishing to make a change to the non-profit world. He grew up as a rider and has a son with a disability which drew him to RTT. We are excited to have John join the RTT family!

Beth Powers is our Development Director and came to us in May with over 15 years of experience as a non profit manager and fundraiser. Beth has coordinated capital campaigns, annual appeals, major events, community awareness and legislative advocacy programs. She has horses at home including a medicine hat paint, an appaloosa filly and two miniature horses she is training with natural horsemanship and for western riding. Beth's childhood was full of horses and cows on the family farm, where she learned that horses could help people with disabilities.

Becky Bisesti is our Office Manager and bookkeeper. Becky manages all of our office functions from our office in Windham. She’s the one to talk to if you have questions about your bill or if you need any general information about RTT.

Sarah Bronson, PT is our Program Director having been involved with the organization since 1993. Sarah is a physical therapist and is active with the American Hippotherapy Association, along with being a NARHA Certified Instructor.

Theresa Bradley is our Barn Manager in Windham. Theresa cares for our herd as well as keeping the barn and arena in tip top shape. Theresa is the one to talk to if you're interested in helping out with barn chores.

Kate Davis McKelvy is a Staff Instructor. She is a NARHA Certified Instructor and an EAGALA Level I Horse Professional, along with being a member of EFMHA. Kate coordinates our annual NARHA Instructor On-Site Workshop and Certification course that we host each June.

Sayre English is our Volunteer Coordinator. Sayre comes to us as a lifetime horse person, who most recently worked in the world of marketing in both NYC and Portland. Sayre came to us as a volunteer and jumped at the opportunity when our Volunteer Coordinator position became available.

Darleen LaFontaine is a Staff Instructor. Darleen is a NARHA Certified Instructor and assists with Peer Review and NARHA Instructor compliance in addition to her teaching responsibilities.

Carissa O'Brien is an instructor and the on site tenant at RTT. Carissa takes care of our herd and the farm after hours and over the weekends.

Marissa Stewart is our Equine Manager and she oversees our Schooling (Equine Fitness) program, evaluating potential schoolers, teaching schooling lessons and developing schooling plans for each of our horses. In addition, Marissa is a NARHA Certified Instructor.
