Riding To the Top Therapeutic Riding Center is a private non-profit 501 (c)(3) founded and built by generous volunteers and donors. Our fees are kept as low as possible to provide access for the greatest number of riders. Individuals, corporations and foundations provide 70% of annual expenses. RTT receives no federal, state or municipal funds.
