Internships

College students may participate in semester long internships at RTT, with hours based on the individual requirements of their institutions. We offer internships related to Equine Assisted Services (EAS), as well as those related to other aspects of contributing to RTT: marketing, social media, development, or special events. We aim to have two students per semester.

Interns devote hours to participating in the program and each one creates a final project to demonstrate a component of his or her work. Projects are presented to Riding to the Top staff and representatives from the intern’s college. College level interns develop their program in coordination with the Program Director, Kate Jeton.
