Volunteers are the heart of Riding To The Top. They contribute over 11,000 hours each year to improve the lives of our clients and horses. While volunteers serve in many capacities, the majority of our volunteers assist in lessons. Volunteers also help with barn chores, facility and trail maintenance, administrative tasks, events and special projects. RTT offers volunteer orientations, trainings and continuing education programs throughout the year.

To volunteer, individuals must first complete the RTT Application and send it to the Volunteer Coordinator (drop off, email or mail). The Volunteer Coordinator will schedule an interview and orientation/volunteer training session. RTT’s Volunteer Coordinator then matches trained volunteers with available positions and volunteer interests. Additional training is required for some positions.

“Becoming a volunteer at Riding to the Top is one if the best decisions I have made in my life. I can't imagine a more devoted and loving staff of professionals, volunteers, and riders. You all add so much to my life.”
